Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Understand business objectives and translate them into clear data and operational requirements
Analyze recruitment funnel metrics, operational KPIs, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities
Collaborate with product and tech teams to define and refine business processes and feature requirements
Support decision-making with dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
Conduct competitor and market analysis to influence strategic direction
Partner with stakeholders across hiring, sales, and client success to streamline processes and improve delivery
Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a startup or recruitment/HR tech space
Strong analytical skills; hands-on with Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
Experience with process mapping, business modeling, and writing BRDs/PRDs
Ability to present data and insights clearly to both tech and non-tech stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to Have
Experience in recruitment/HR domain or B2B SaaS
Exposure to tools like Notion, Jira, Figma, or no-code platforms
Understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies
