About the Role You will be responsible for solving all operational challenges arising during the car procurement process, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure process alignment. They are critical in ensuring completion of supply targets, allowing for a high quality customer experience.

Ideal Candidate: An ideal candidate would be a hardworking, and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view.

Key Responsibilities Include:

● Ensuring that procured cars match Spinny’s required quality standards

● Securing required documentation from the sellers, facilitating a smooth procurement process

● Addressing customer queries and concerns

● Procuring the cars from customers (from sellers to the store), and solving any operational challenges that may arise

● Providing insight and feedback to the Spinny team to facilitate continuous improvement

● Securely maintaining the procured car and its documents throughout the process and submit nearby Spinny Hub

Requirements:

● College graduate – Any Stream

● Good verbal communication skills – English and Regional language

● Driver’s License
